Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Telecoms & IT, Cement and Building & Construction sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.33%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were CHUBB Arabia Cooperative Insurance (SE:8240), which rose 9.90% or 3.40 points to trade at 37.75 at the close. Meanwhile, Arabian Shield Coop Insurance Co (SE:8070) added 6.37% or 1.70 points to end at 28.40 and Arabian Pipes Company (SE:2200) was up 4.58% or 0.88 points to 20.08 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Allied Cooperative Insurance Group SJSC (SE:8150), which fell 3.08% or 2.00 points to trade at 62.90 at the close. Saudi Telecom (SE:7010) declined 2.58% or 3.00 points to end at 113.20 and Al Omran Industrial & Trading Co (SE:4141) was down 2.54% or 3.00 points to 115.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 102 to 79 and 22 ended unchanged.

Shares in Arabian Shield Coop Insurance Co (SE:8070) rose to 52-week highs; up 6.37% or 1.70 to 28.40. Shares in Arabian Pipes Company (SE:2200) rose to 5-year highs; gaining 4.58% or 0.88 to 20.08.
Crude oil for March delivery was up 1.05% or 0.55 to $52.97 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March rose 1.94% or 1.06 to hit $55.81 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.52% or 9.50 to trade at $1839.40 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.57% to 4.5555, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7512.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.40% at 90.388.
