Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Financial Services, Retail and Energy & Utilities sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.29%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:8311), which rose 9.97% or 2.04 points to trade at 22.50 at the close. Meanwhile, Wafrah for Industry and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:2100) added 9.90% or 11.40 points to end at 126.60 and Amana Cooperative Insurance Co (TADAWUL:8310) was up 9.83% or 2.25 points to 25.15 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were BURUJ COOPERATIVE INSURANCE CO (TADAWUL:8270), which fell 4.43% or 1.15 points to trade at 24.80 at the close. Banque Saudi Fransi (TADAWUL:1050) declined 4.21% or 2.40 points to end at 54.60 and Advanced Petrochemical Company (TADAWUL:2330) was down 3.43% or 2.40 points to 67.50.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 156 to 68 and 12 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for June delivery was up 1.28% or 1.26 to $99.80 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in July rose 1.29% or 1.32 to hit $103.48 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.55% or 10.50 to trade at $1,906.50 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.35% to 4.00, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.24% at 102.02.
