Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Energy & Utilities, Transport and Media & Publishing sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share lost 0.29%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Yamamah Steel Industries Co (SE:1304), which rose 8.26% or 1.60 points to trade at 20.98 at the close. Meanwhile, The Mediterranean&Gulf Insurance Co (SE:8030) added 7.52% or 1.44 points to end at 20.60 and Saudi United Cooperative Insurance (SE:8060) was up 6.38% or 1.14 points to 19.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Industrial Services Co. (SE:2190), which fell 3.98% or 0.92 points to trade at 22.20 at the close. Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker (SE:1214) declined 3.36% or 0.46 points to end at 13.24 and Fawaz Abdulaziz AlHokair Company (SE:4240) was down 2.71% or 0.80 points to 28.75.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 101 to 88 and 10 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for March delivery was down 0.70% or 0.41 to $58.17 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 0.98% or 0.64 to hit $64.56 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.66% or 10.25 to trade at $1550.05 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.15% to 4.1681, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7516.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.14% at 97.225.
