Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Media & Publishing, Cement and Building & Construction sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.15%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Bupa Arabia for Coop. Insurance (SE:8210), which rose 9.74% or 15.00 points to trade at 169.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Al Hammadi Co (SE:4007) added 9.02% or 3.55 points to end at 42.90 and The Company for Coop. Insurance (SE:8010) was up 7.31% or 6.80 points to 99.80 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Eastern Province Cement Co. (SE:3080), which fell 4.49% or 2.40 points to trade at 51.10 at the close. Nama Chemicals Co. (SE:2210) declined 3.81% or 1.85 points to end at 46.70 and Najran Cement Company (SE:3002) was down 2.81% or 0.64 points to 22.14.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 138 to 60 and 8 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for September delivery was down 3.46% or 2.36 to $65.92 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in October fell 3.25% or 2.30 to hit $68.40 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.41% or 24.80 to trade at $1738.30 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.04% to 4.4083, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7503.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.05% at 92.847.
