Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Agriculture & Food, Transport and Building & Construction sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share fell 0.03%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Research and Marketing Group (SE:4210), which rose 9.84% or 9.50 points to trade at 106.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Anaam International Holding Group (SE:4061) added 3.95% or 0.44 points to end at 11.58 and Nama Chemicals Co. (SE:2210) was up 3.89% or 1.10 points to 29.40 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (SE:8311), which fell 6.29% or 1.95 points to trade at 29.05 at the close. Alinma Tokio Marine Co (SE:8312) declined 3.58% or 0.76 points to end at 20.48 and Saudi Ground Services Co (SE:4031) was down 3.19% or 1.20 points to 36.45.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 95 to 78 and 11 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for September delivery was down 0.46% or 0.31 to $67.44 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 0.67% or 0.49 to hit $72.41 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 1.02% or 12.50 to trade at $1215.40 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.42% to 4.3486, while USD/SAR fell 0.01% to 3.7504.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.49% at 95.30.
