Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Financial Services, Petrochemicals and Building & Construction sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 2.11%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Yanbu Cement Co. (TADAWUL:3060), which rose 10.00% or 3.40 points to trade at 37.40 at the close. Meanwhile, Al Aseel Co Ltd (TADAWUL:4012) added 9.97% or 3.35 points to end at 36.95 and Saudi RE Cooperative Reinsurance (TADAWUL:8200) was up 9.93% or 1.46 points to 16.16 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Arriyadh Development Co. (TADAWUL:4150), which fell 1.91% or 0.40 points to trade at 20.50 at the close. Anaam International Holding Group (TADAWUL:4061) declined 1.67% or 0.40 points to end at 23.50 and Saudi Ceramic Co. (TADAWUL:2040) was down 1.51% or 0.60 points to 39.15.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 168 to 75 and 9 ended unchanged.
Shares in Arriyadh Development Co. (TADAWUL:4150) fell to 52-week lows; falling 1.91% or 0.40 to 20.50.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 1.17% or 0.96 to $81.19 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 1.14% or 1.00 to hit $87.05 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.53% or 8.90 to trade at $1,661.10 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.03% to 3.66, while USD/SAR fell 0.22% to 3.76.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.24% at 112.78.
