Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Financial Services, Retail and Petrochemicals sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 1.40%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (SE:8311), which rose 9.88% or 0.96 points to trade at 10.68 at the close. Meanwhile, Gulf General Cooperative Insurance (SE:8260) added 9.84% or 1.10 points to end at 12.28 and Alinma Bank (SE:1150) was up 4.88% or 1.00 points to 21.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Knowledge Economic City (SE:4310), which fell 4.14% or 0.38 points to trade at 8.80 at the close. Saudi Industrial Investment Group (SE:2250) declined 2.58% or 0.58 points to end at 21.90 and Saudi Arabia Fertilizers Co. (SE:2020) was down 2.46% or 2.00 points to 79.20.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 128 to 50 and 20 ended unchanged.
Shares in Knowledge Economic City (SE:4310) fell to 5-year lows; losing 4.14% or 0.38 to 8.80.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 1.08% or 0.58 to $54.09 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 1.02% or 0.60 to hit $59.56 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.05% or 0.75 to trade at $1488.85 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.12% to 4.1762, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.7507.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.14% at 97.185.
