Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Telecoms & IT, Cement and Agriculture & Food sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 1.35%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Tourism Enterprise Co. (SE:4170), which rose 10.00% or 2.18 points to trade at 23.98 at the close. Meanwhile, BANK ALBILAD (SE:1140) added 8.03% or 2.00 points to end at 26.90 and Saudi Arabia Fertilizers Co. (SE:2020) was up 5.53% or 4.30 points to 82.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. (SE:2160), which fell 5.86% or 1.12 points to trade at 18.00 at the close. Saudi RE Cooperative Reinsurance (SE:8200) declined 4.40% or 0.40 points to end at 8.70 and Al Sorayai Trading&Industrial Group (SE:1213) was down 3.91% or 1.45 points to 35.60.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 103 to 80 and 9 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.98% or 0.57 to $58.61 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 1.37% or 0.87 to hit $64.47 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.35% or 5.35 to trade at $1510.45 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.26% to 4.1474, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7509.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.24% at 97.900.
