Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Financial Services, Real Estate Development and Cement sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 1.31% to hit a new 3-months high.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Tihama Advertising&Public Relations (TADAWUL:4070), which rose 9.99% or 1.82 points to trade at 20.04 at the close. Meanwhile, Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130) added 9.90% or 1.32 points to end at 14.66 and Saudi Marke (TADAWUL:4006) was up 9.85% or 2.26 points to 25.20 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were National Agriculture Development Co (TADAWUL:6010), which fell 3.79% or 1.10 points to trade at 27.90 at the close. Arabian Contracting Services Company CJSC (TADAWUL:4071) declined 2.10% or 2.60 points to end at 121.40 and Lazurde for Jewelry Co (TADAWUL:4011) was down 1.96% or 0.28 points to 14.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 163 to 94 and 13 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for May delivery was up 1.06% or 0.85 to $81.27 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June rose 0.81% or 0.69 to hit $85.62 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 1.71% or 34.15 to trade at $2,034.55 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.42% to 4.10, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.45% at 101.32.
