Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Financial Services, Telecoms & IT and Energy & Utilities sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 1.02% to hit a new 52-week high.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (SE:8311), which rose 9.87% or 2.60 points to trade at 28.95 at the close. Meanwhile, Amana Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8310) added 5.57% or 1.18 points to end at 22.38 and BANK ALBILAD (SE:1140) was up 3.39% or 0.84 points to 25.60 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SE:2030), which fell 4.55% or 2.20 points to trade at 46.10 at the close. Saudi Real Estate Co. (SE:4020) declined 3.35% or 0.52 points to end at 15.00 and Saudi Research and Marketing Group (SE:4210) was down 2.27% or 2.20 points to 94.80.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 95 to 69 and 20 ended unchanged.
Shares in BANK ALBILAD (SE:1140) rose to 52-week highs; up 3.39% or 0.84 to 25.60.
Crude oil for September delivery was down 2.52% or 1.76 to $68.19 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September fell 2.93% or 2.21 to hit $73.12 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.02% or 0.30 to trade at $1240.90 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.17% to 4.3898, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7503.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.14% at 94.31.
