Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Petrochemicals, Financial Services and Hotels & Tourism sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.88% to hit a new 52-week high.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Tanmiah Food Company SCJSC (TADAWUL:2281), which rose 9.89% or 11.00 points to trade at 122.20 at the close. Meanwhile, Salama Cooperative Insurance Co (TADAWUL:8050) added 8.70% or 2.15 points to end at 26.85 and Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130) was up 7.14% or 0.01 points to 0.15 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Lumi Rental Co (TADAWUL:4262), which fell 5.13% or 6.20 points to trade at 114.60 at the close. Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication (TADAWUL:7040) declined 3.96% or 3.30 points to end at 80.10 and Riyadh Cables Group Company CJSC (TADAWUL:4142) was down 3.87% or 4.60 points to 114.40.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 158 to 113 and 24 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for March delivery was up 0.68% or 0.52 to $77.44 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 0.66% or 0.54 to hit $82.54 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.45% or 9.05 to trade at $2,042.05 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.02% to 4.04, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.11% at 103.93.
