Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Financial Services, Telecoms & IT and Agriculture & Food sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.88%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al-Jouf Agriculture Development Co (SE:6070), which rose 9.90% or 3.90 points to trade at 43.30 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Ceramic Co. (SE:2040) added 5.30% or 2.45 points to end at 48.65 and Saudi Arabian Mining Company (SE:1211) was up 5.22% or 2.15 points to 43.30 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Al Moammar Information Systems Co CJSC (SE:7200), which fell 5.85% or 6.80 points to trade at 109.40 at the close. Arab Sea Information Systems Co SJSC (SE:7201) declined 5.70% or 5.70 points to end at 94.30 and Al Aseel Co Ltd (SE:4012) was down 4.05% or 3.50 points to 82.90.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 123 to 68 and 12 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for March delivery was up 0.43% or 0.24 to $55.93 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April fell 0.05% or 0.03 to hit $58.66 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 2.18% or 39.95 to trade at $1795.15 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.42% to 4.4948, while USD/SAR fell 0.00% to 3.7510.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.35% at 91.420.
