Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Financial Services, Media & Publishing and Agriculture & Food sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 0.84%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (TADAWUL:2300), which rose 7.24% or 2.55 points to trade at 37.75 at the close. Meanwhile, ADES Holding Company SJSC (TADAWUL:2382) added 7.13% or 1.22 points to end at 18.34 and Saudi Chemical Company (TADAWUL:2230) was up 5.05% or 0.19 points to 3.95 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Al Hokair Group (TADAWUL:1820), which fell 6.54% or 0.14 points to trade at 2.00 at the close. Middle East Specialized Cables Co (TADAWUL:2370) declined 5.19% or 0.80 points to end at 14.62 and Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati Stationeries Co (TADAWUL:4191) was down 4.52% or 1.14 points to 24.06.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 168 to 101 and 19 ended unchanged.
Shares in ADES Holding Company SJSC (TADAWUL:2382) rose to all time highs; rising 7.13% or 1.22 to 18.34. Shares in Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati Stationeries Co (TADAWUL:4191) fell to 3-years lows; down 4.52% or 1.14 to 24.06.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.21% or 0.18 to $85.31 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.13% or 0.12 to hit $89.71 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.57% or 11.25 to trade at $1,976.55 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.49% to 3.98, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.50% at 105.86.
