Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Retail, Telecoms & IT and Energy & Utilities sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.66%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Real Estate Co. (TADAWUL:4020), which rose 7.28% or 1.54 points to trade at 22.70 at the close. Meanwhile, Alkhaleej Training & Education Co (TADAWUL:4290) added 6.67% or 2.00 points to end at 32.00 and Arabian Contracting Services Company CJSC (TADAWUL:4071) was up 5.99% or 12.60 points to 223.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Sinad Holding Co (TADAWUL:4080), which fell 6.06% or 0.78 points to trade at 12.10 at the close. ADES Holding Company SJSC (TADAWUL:2382) declined 5.32% or 1.06 points to end at 18.88 and Arabian Drilling Co (TADAWUL:2381) was down 4.49% or 7.60 points to 161.80.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 0 to 0.
Crude oil for May delivery was down 0.64% or 0.55 to $85.66 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in June fell 0.46% or 0.42 to hit $90.06 a barrel, while the June Gold Futures contract rose 0.45% or 10.60 to trade at $2,359.00 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.11% to 4.03, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.03% at 105.00.
