Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Building & Construction, Media & Publishing and Industrial Investment sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 0.66%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Industrial Export Co (SE:4140), which rose 9.83% or 10.20 points to trade at 114.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Aseer Trading Tourism&Manufacturing (SE:4080) added 6.18% or 1.28 points to end at 22.00 and Fitaihi Holding Group (SE:4180) was up 5.79% or 2.65 points to 48.45 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Musharaka REIT (SE:4335), which fell 3.05% or 0.31 points to trade at 9.87 at the close. Herfy Food Services Co (SE:6002) declined 3.01% or 2.00 points to end at 64.50 and SABIC AgriNutrients Co (SE:2020) was down 2.91% or 5.20 points to 173.80.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 145 to 62 and 17 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for March delivery was up 0.81% or 0.70 to $87.31 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in April rose 0.94% or 0.83 to hit $89.00 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract fell 0.17% or 3.00 to trade at $1790.10 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.06% to 4.1831, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7520.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.02% at 97.218.
