Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Building & Construction, Energy & Utilities and Industrial Investment sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.56%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Steel Pipe Company (TADAWUL:1320), which rose 9.93% or 4.15 points to trade at 45.95 at the close. Meanwhile, Batic Investments and Logistics Co (TADAWUL:4110) added 9.87% or 0.23 points to end at 2.56 and Tourism Enterprise Co. (TADAWUL:4170) was up 8.57% or 0.06 points to 0.76 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. (TADAWUL:2160), which fell 5.24% or 1.65 points to trade at 29.85 at the close. Makkah Construction&Development Co (TADAWUL:4100) declined 2.94% or 2.50 points to end at 82.50 and Al-Rajhi Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:8230) was down 2.82% or 2.20 points to 75.80.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 223 to 71 and 11 ended unchanged.
Shares in Saudi Steel Pipe Company (TADAWUL:1320) rose to all time highs; rising 9.93% or 4.15 to 45.95. Shares in Batic Investments and Logistics Co (TADAWUL:4110) rose to 52-week highs; up 9.87% or 0.23 to 2.56.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 0.27% or 0.21 to $77.37 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.31% or 0.25 to hit $81.42 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 0.39% or 7.85 to trade at $2,046.75 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.01% to 4.07, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.14% at 103.61.
