Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Agriculture & Food, Financial Services and Real Estate Development sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.55%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Kathiri Holding Co (SE:3008), which rose 5.00% or 5.60 points to trade at 117.60 at the close. Meanwhile, Mobile Telecommunications Company (SE:7030) added 4.19% or 0.46 points to end at 11.44 and Middle East Healthcare Co CJSC (SE:4009) was up 3.64% or 1.00 points to 28.45 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were City Cement Co (SE:3003), which fell 1.67% or 0.28 points to trade at 16.44 at the close. Hail Cement Company (SE:3001) declined 1.54% or 0.16 points to end at 10.22 and Mouwasat Medical Services Company (SE:4002) was down 1.32% or 1.10 points to 82.50.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 129 to 52 and 15 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was down 4.63% or 2.69 to $55.42 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in February fell 3.98% or 2.52 to hit $60.75 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.65% or 9.50 to trade at $1470.30 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.10% to 4.1314, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7500.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.10% at 98.185.
