Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Real Estate Development, Building & Construction and Telecoms & IT sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.54% to hit a new 1-month high.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Baha Investment and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4130), which rose 7.69% or 0.01 points to trade at 0.14 at the close. Meanwhile, Knowledge Economic City (TADAWUL:4310) added 7.10% or 0.88 points to end at 13.28 and Taiba Holding Co. (TADAWUL:4090) was up 5.58% or 1.50 points to 28.40 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (TADAWUL:2300), which fell 2.82% or 1.05 points to trade at 36.25 at the close. Abdullah Saad Mohammed Abo Moati Stationeries Co (TADAWUL:4191) declined 2.01% or 0.55 points to end at 26.80 and Al Kathiri Holding Co (TADAWUL:3008) was down 1.96% or 0.05 points to 2.50.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 173 to 92 and 28 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 0.83% or 0.64 to $76.02 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.84% or 0.68 to hit $80.50 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.09% or 1.85 to trade at $1,966.15 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.03% to 4.07, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.10% at 104.37.
