Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Building & Construction, Telecoms & IT and Industrial Investment sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 0.53%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Industrial Export Co (SE:4140), which rose 10.00% or 8.00 points to trade at 88.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Amana Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8310) added 9.94% or 3.40 points to end at 37.60 and Al Sorayai Trading&Industrial Group (SE:1213) was up 9.93% or 1.76 points to 19.48 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Mouwasat Medical Services Company (SE:4002), which fell 4.69% or 6.40 points to trade at 130.00 at the close. Ataa Educational Co (SE:4292) declined 2.01% or 0.80 points to end at 39.10 and Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SE:4050) was down 1.63% or 0.50 points to 30.20.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 129 to 63 and 12 ended unchanged.
Shares in Saudi Industrial Export Co (SE:4140) rose to 52-week highs; up 10.00% or 8.00 to 88.00.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 3.02% or 1.25 to $42.61 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 2.82% or 1.23 to hit $44.84 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.90% or 16.90 to trade at $1859.50 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.44% to 4.4112, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7505.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.35% at 93.062.
