Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Transport, Telecoms & IT and Real Estate Development sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.53%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Kathiri Holding Co (SE:3008), which rose 10.00% or 12.00 points to trade at 132.00 at the close. Meanwhile, Ash-Sharqiyah Development Company (SE:6060) added 9.83% or 4.60 points to end at 51.40 and Saudi Cable Company (SE:2110) was up 8.29% or 2.90 points to 37.90 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Anb Insurance (SE:8011), which fell 3.88% or 0.78 points to trade at 19.34 at the close. Anaam International Holding Group (SE:4061) declined 3.79% or 0.50 points to end at 12.70 and Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (SE:8311) was down 3.09% or 0.38 points to 11.90.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 100 to 85 and 14 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for February delivery was down 1.18% or 0.73 to $60.95 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in March fell 0.99% or 0.66 to hit $66.01 a barrel, while the February Gold Futures contract rose 0.47% or 7.15 to trade at $1525.75 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.35% to 4.2146, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7513.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.37% at 96.050.
