Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Industrial Investment, Energy & Utilities and Agriculture & Food sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 0.52%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Alujain Corporation (TADAWUL:2170), which rose 4.38% or 2.40 points to trade at 57.20 at the close. Meanwhile, Bawan (TADAWUL:1302) added 4.37% or 1.65 points to end at 39.45 and Banque Saudi Fransi (TADAWUL:1050) was up 4.22% or 2.00 points to 49.40 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Arabian Mining Company (TADAWUL:1211), which fell 3.76% or 2.70 points to trade at 69.10 at the close. Alamar Foods CJSC (TADAWUL:6014) declined 2.88% or 4.00 points to end at 134.80 and Abdullah Al Othaim Markets Company (TADAWUL:4001) was down 2.67% or 3.40 points to 123.80.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 143 to 84 and 22 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 0.03% or 0.03 to $87.75 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.50% or 0.47 to hit $93.53 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.40% or 24.45 to trade at $1,716.15 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.81% to 3.77, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.76.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.83% at 108.99.
