Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Wednesday, as gains in the Media & Publishing, Retail and Industrial Investment sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.49%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SE:2300), which rose 7.18% or 0.64 points to trade at 9.55 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Cement Company (SE:3030) added 6.52% or 4.10 points to end at 67.00 and Saudi Industrial Export Co (SE:4140) was up 3.31% or 2.00 points to 62.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Arabia Refineries Co. (SE:2030), which fell 6.13% or 2.65 points to trade at 40.55 at the close. Al-Rajhi Cooperative Insurance (SE:8230) declined 2.78% or 1.70 points to end at 59.50 and Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (SE:8311) was down 2.71% or 0.22 points to 7.90.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 107 to 77 and 11 ended unchanged.
Shares in Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (SE:8311) fell to all time lows; down 2.71% or 0.22 to 7.90.
Crude oil for November delivery was up 0.59% or 0.31 to $53.12 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.49% or 0.29 to hit $59.03 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.35% or 5.25 to trade at $1488.75 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.17% to 4.1443, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7508.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.13% at 97.880.
