Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Hotels & Tourism, Transport and Petrochemicals sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.49%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al-Tayyar Travel Group Holding Co. (SE:1810), which rose 5.67% or 1.37 points to trade at 25.55 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Industrial Services Co. (SE:2190) added 5.14% or 0.60 points to end at 12.28 and Gulf Union Cooperative Insurance (SE:8120) was up 4.95% or 0.66 points to 13.98 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Nama Chemicals Co. (SE:2210), which fell 3.13% or 0.85 points to trade at 26.30 at the close. AlJazira Mawten REIT (SE:4331) declined 1.66% or 0.22 points to end at 13.00 and Malath Cooperative Insurance Co (SE:8020) was down 1.50% or 0.18 points to 11.80.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 114 to 68 and 10 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was down 2.53% or 1.45 to $55.77 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 2.14% or 1.42 to hit $64.89 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 1.65% or 21.65 to trade at $1294.45 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.02% to 4.2666, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7504.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.35% at 96.382.
