Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Industrial Investment, Petrochemicals and Retail sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.43%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were The National Co for Glass Industrie (TADAWUL:2150), which rose 5.69% or 2.20 points to trade at 40.85 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Marke (TADAWUL:4006) added 5.51% or 1.26 points to end at 24.12 and Saudi Ceramic Co. (TADAWUL:2040) was up 4.95% or 2.15 points to 45.60 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Alinma Tokio Marine Co (TADAWUL:8312), which fell 4.48% or 1.12 points to trade at 23.88 at the close. Retal Urban Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:4322) declined 3.68% or 5.00 points to end at 131.00 and Taleem REIT Fund (TADAWUL:4333) was down 3.23% or 0.42 points to 12.60.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 120 to 112 and 16 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was up 0.74% or 0.64 to $87.25 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 1.00% or 0.92 to hit $93.28 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.78% or 13.30 to trade at $1,722.60 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.18% to 3.74, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.04% to 3.76.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.09% at 109.57.
