Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Sunday, as gains in the Hotels & Tourism, Transport and Petrochemicals sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 0.34%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were BURUJ COOPERATIVE INSURANCE CO (SE:8270), which rose 9.94% or 1.66 points to trade at 18.36 at the close. Meanwhile, Al-Tayyar Travel Group Holding Co. (SE:1810) added 8.00% or 1.38 points to end at 18.62 and Nama Chemicals Co. (SE:2210) was up 4.98% or 0.88 points to 18.54 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Ceramic Co. (SE:2040), which fell 1.99% or 0.50 points to trade at 24.60 at the close. Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. (SE:2300) declined 1.48% or 0.14 points to end at 9.32 and Fawaz Abdulaziz AlHokair Company (SE:4240) was down 1.36% or 0.35 points to 25.45.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 135 to 40 and 19 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.43% or 0.24 to $56.17 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to hit $61.04 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.78% or 11.75 to trade at $1503.45 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.18% to 4.1037, while USD/SAR rose 0.00% to 3.7511.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.00% at 98.767.
