Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Hotels & Tourism, Agriculture & Food and Multi Investment sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.33%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al-Ahlia Insurance Company (SE:8140), which rose 6.88% or 0.86 points to trade at 13.36 at the close. Meanwhile, Allied Cooperative Insurance Group SJSC (SE:8150) added 4.59% or 0.82 points to end at 18.70 and Zahrat Al Waha for Trading Co (SE:3007) was up 4.05% or 1.75 points to 45.00 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Aldrees Petroleum & Transport Svcs (SE:4200), which fell 4.38% or 2.50 points to trade at 54.60 at the close. Saudi Public Transport Co. (SE:4040) declined 2.35% or 0.36 points to end at 14.98 and Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SE:4050) was down 2.33% or 0.58 points to 24.36.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 107 to 74 and 16 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.29% or 0.16 to $56.13 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December rose 0.46% or 0.28 to hit $61.45 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.49% or 7.35 to trade at $1503.05 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.14% to 4.1683, while USD/SAR fell 0.00% to 3.7505.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.12% at 97.357.
