Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Media & Publishing, Real Estate Development and Transport sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 0.32%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Nama Chemicals Co. (SE:2210), which rose 7.82% or 2.05 points to trade at 28.25 at the close. Meanwhile, SABB Takaful (SE:8080) added 5.47% or 1.10 points to end at 21.20 and Saudi Research and Marketing Group (SE:4210) was up 5.29% or 4.40 points to 87.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were United Cooperative Assurance Co (SE:8190), which fell 21.73% or 3.36 points to trade at 12.10 at the close. Al-Rajhi Cooperative Insurance (SE:8230) declined 3.81% or 2.20 points to end at 55.50 and Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance (SE:8100) was down 1.76% or 0.26 points to 14.50.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 131 to 44 and 9 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery was down 0.12% or 0.08 to $66.02 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August fell 0.60% or 0.46 to hit $76.00 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract fell 0.29% or 3.80 to trade at $1299.40 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.11% to 4.4240, while USD/SAR rose 0.02% to 3.7511.
The US Dollar Index Futures was unchanged 0.00% at 93.56.
