Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Cement, Industrial Investment and Building & Construction sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.22%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Arabian Cement Co (SE:3010), which rose 5.25% or 1.69 points to trade at 33.90 at the close. Meanwhile, Middle East Healthcare Co (SE:4009) added 5.17% or 3.10 points to end at 63.10 and Red Sea Housing Services Company (SE:4230) was up 4.33% or 0.87 points to 20.98 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Halwani Bros (SE:6001), which fell 3.91% or 2.03 points to trade at 49.90 at the close. AlJazira Mawten REIT (SE:4331) declined 2.65% or 0.57 points to end at 20.96 and Saudi Ground Services Co (SE:4031) was down 2.03% or 0.89 points to 43.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 90 to 81 and 6 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.73% or 0.38 to $51.84 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 1.32% or 0.77 to hit $57.66 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.55% or 7.23 to trade at $1304.27 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.47% to 4.4224, while USD/SAR fell 0.03% to 3.7493.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.40% at 92.81.
