Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Energy & Utilities, Hotels & Tourism and Transport sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.20%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Mobile Telecommunications Company (SE:7030), which rose 5.19% or 0.60 points to trade at 12.16 at the close. Meanwhile, National Agriculture Marketing Co. (SE:4160) added 4.56% or 0.98 points to end at 22.48 and Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co (SE:8160) was up 4.50% or 0.78 points to 18.10 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were The Company for Coop. Insurance (SE:8010), which fell 2.19% or 1.50 points to trade at 67.00 at the close. BANK ALBILAD (SE:1140) declined 2.10% or 0.55 points to end at 25.65 and Dallah Healthcare Holding Company (SE:4004) was down 1.96% or 1.00 points to 49.90.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 111 to 64 and 18 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was up 1.11% or 0.60 to $54.77 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 0.56% or 0.33 to hit $59.13 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.54% or 8.35 to trade at $1545.95 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.23% to 4.1701, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.7503.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.35% at 97.868.
