Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Media & Publishing, Financial Services and Real Estate Development sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.16%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were The National Co for Glass Industrie (TADAWUL:2150), which rose 9.11% or 4.50 points to trade at 53.90 at the close. Meanwhile, Arriyadh Development Co. (TADAWUL:4150) added 5.76% or 1.50 points to end at 27.55 and Al Masane Al Kobra Mining Company CJSC (TADAWUL:1322) was up 4.41% or 2.90 points to 68.70 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry (TADAWUL:1321), which fell 3.78% or 5.40 points to trade at 137.40 at the close. Arabian Pipes Company (TADAWUL:2200) declined 3.68% or 4.20 points to end at 109.80 and Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co (TADAWUL:2081) was down 3.31% or 4.80 points to 140.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 184 to 123 and 19 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for January delivery was up 0.67% or 0.45 to $67.37 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January rose 0.69% or 0.49 to hit $71.53 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 1.13% or 29.00 to trade at $2,599.10 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.03% to 3.96, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.06% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.05% at 106.67.
