Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Multi Investment, Media & Publishing and Financial Services sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.12%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Tabuk Cement Co. (SE:3090), which rose 7.02% or 0.84 points to trade at 12.80 at the close. Meanwhile, Red Sea Housing Services Company (SE:4230) added 4.94% or 0.96 points to end at 20.40 and Tihama Advertising&Public Relations (SE:4070) was up 4.67% or 1.95 points to 43.75 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development (SE:4300), which fell 9.94% or 0.84 points to trade at 7.61 at the close. Al Alamiya Cooperative Insurance (SE:8280) declined 5.30% or 1.41 points to end at 25.20 and Takween Advanced Industries (SE:1201) was down 4.61% or 0.48 points to 9.93.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 101 to 74 and 3 ended unchanged.
Shares in Takween Advanced Industries (SE:1201) fell to all time lows; falling 4.61% or 0.48 to 9.93.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.06% or 0.03 to $54.33 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 0.35% or 0.21 to hit $60.28 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.03% or 0.34 to trade at $1276.96 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.23% to 4.3670, while USD/SAR fell 0.01% to 3.7502.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.05% at 94.65.
