Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Media & Publishing, Real Estate Development and Petrochemicals sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.09%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Nama Chemicals Co. (SE:2210), which rose 5.50% or 1.14 points to trade at 21.86 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Research and Marketing Group (SE:4210) added 4.61% or 3.22 points to end at 73.00 and Saudi Cement Company (SE:3030) was up 2.33% or 0.99 points to 43.50 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance (SE:8311), which fell 4.32% or 1.08 points to trade at 23.90 at the close. AlJazira Mawten REIT (SE:4331) declined 2.92% or 0.66 points to end at 21.92 and Saudi Public Transport Co. (SE:4040) was down 2.44% or 0.37 points to 14.82.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 98 to 65 and 12 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.39% or 0.20 to $50.49 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 0.21% or 0.12 to hit $56.17 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.65% or 21.76 to trade at $1294.64 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.16% to 4.4684, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.7501.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.08% at 92.15.
