Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Real Estate Development, Petrochemicals and Hotels & Tourism sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.07%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were The Mediterranean&Gulf Insurance Co (SE:8030), which rose 9.89% or 2.83 points to trade at 31.45 at the close. Meanwhile, Tabuk Cement Co. (SE:3090) added 9.85% or 1.16 points to end at 12.94 and Eastern Province Cement Co. (SE:3080) was up 5.38% or 1.21 points to 23.70 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Saudi Telecom (SE:7010), which fell 4.13% or 2.81 points to trade at 65.20 at the close. Mobile Telecommunications Company (SE:7030) declined 3.78% or 0.25 points to end at 6.37 and Saudi Transport & Investment Co (SE:4110) was down 2.54% or 1.50 points to 57.60.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 93 to 83 and 6 ended unchanged.
Shares in Mobile Telecommunications Company (SE:7030) fell to 52-week lows; down 3.78% or 0.25 to 6.37.
Crude oil for December delivery was up 0.04% or 0.02 to $52.20 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.27% or 0.16 to hit $58.28 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.03% or 0.38 to trade at $1278.62 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was down 0.41% to 4.4126, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.7504.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.34% at 93.85.
