Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Tuesday, as gains in the Building & Construction, Hotels & Tourism and Industrial Investment sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share gained 0.07%.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker (SE:1214), which rose 10.00% or 0.98 points to trade at 10.78 at the close. Meanwhile, National Company for Learning and Education SJSC (SE:4291) added 9.93% or 3.70 points to end at 40.95 and Food Products Co. (SE:2100) was up 9.11% or 3.50 points to 41.90 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Allied Cooperative Insurance Group SJSC (SE:8150), which fell 7.92% or 1.90 points to trade at 22.10 at the close. SABB Takaful (SE:8080) declined 7.65% or 1.78 points to end at 21.50 and Kingdom Holding Company (SE:4280) was down 3.83% or 0.27 points to 6.78.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 126 to 56 and 16 ended unchanged.
Shares in National Company for Learning and Education SJSC (SE:4291) rose to all time highs; rising 9.93% or 3.70 to 40.95. Shares in Food Products Co. (SE:2100) rose to 52-week highs; rising 9.11% or 3.50 to 41.90.
Crude oil for August delivery was up 0.54% or 0.22 to $40.95 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in August rose 0.51% or 0.22 to hit $43.30 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.99% or 17.55 to trade at $1783.95 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.73% to 4.2544, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7520.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.62% at 96.388.
