Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Media & Publishing, Energy & Utilities and Hotels & Tourism sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share rose 0.04% to hit a new 52-week high.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Wafrah for Industry and Development Company SJSC (TADAWUL:2100), which rose 9.97% or 4.45 points to trade at 49.10 at the close. Meanwhile, Saudi Research and Marketing Group (TADAWUL:4210) added 9.95% or 25.20 points to end at 278.40 and Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co (TADAWUL:1111) was up 8.35% or 21.40 points to 277.80 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Morabaha Marina Financing Company (TADAWUL:4082), which fell 4.75% or 0.58 points to trade at 11.62 at the close. Wataniya Insurance Company (TADAWUL:8300) declined 4.42% or 1.25 points to end at 27.00 and Al-Rajhi Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:8230) was down 4.41% or 5.60 points to 121.40.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 170 to 118 and 17 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for April delivery was up 0.98% or 0.78 to $80.50 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 0.70% or 0.59 to hit $84.62 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.33% or 7.15 to trade at $2,173.65 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was unchanged 0.05% to 4.10, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.01% to 3.75.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.04% at 102.44.
