Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Multi Investment, Retail and Industrial Investment sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Saudi Arabia, the Tadawul All Share added 0.03% to hit a new 3-months high.
The best performers of the session on the Tadawul All Share were Bonyan REIT (SE:4347), which rose 9.89% or 0.82 points to trade at 9.11 at the close. Meanwhile, National Metal Manufacturing Co. (SE:2220) added 6.83% or 0.98 points to end at 15.32 and Saudi Fisheries Co. (SE:6050) was up 6.75% or 1.18 points to 18.66 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Derayah REIT (SE:4339), which fell 4.14% or 0.41 points to trade at 9.49 at the close. SABB Takaful (SE:8080) declined 3.35% or 0.80 points to end at 23.10 and Dr Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Group (SE:4013) was down 3.33% or 3.00 points to 87.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 107 to 75 and 18 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for August delivery was down 0.22% or 0.09 to $40.56 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in September rose 0.61% or 0.26 to hit $43.06 a barrel, while the August Gold Futures contract rose 0.09% or 1.65 to trade at $1791.65 a troy ounce.
EUR/SAR was up 0.69% to 4.2448, while USD/SAR rose 0.01% to 3.7510.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.60% at 96.720.
