plan to release the results of an investigation into potential
irregular trades by Deutsche Bank AG's

Financial watchdogs on Tuesday announced a plan to tighten regulations for financial derivatives trades, following a steep market slide on Nov. 11 of almost 3 percent amid options expiry. Most of the foreign selling came from Deutsche Bank's brokerage unit accounts. [ID:nTOE70A06W]
