BEIJING, May 21 (Reuters) - China faces complex trade situations this year in the midst of the global financial crisis, which might crimp external demand for Chinese goods, Vice Commerce Minister Zhong Shan said on Friday.
As a result, China cannot be blindly optimistic about its export outlook this year since there could be more trade friction, Zhong said during a trip to the southwestern province of Sichuan.
His comments were posted on the commerce ministry's website www.mofcom.gov.cn.
