- RingCentral (NYSE:RNG) is up 4.9% after hours following a Q4 beat where revenues grew by a third and the company saw healthy growth in mid-market and enterprise business.
- The company swung to a GAAP net loss from break-even a year ago, mainly due to stock-based compensation and acquisition-related costs, and operating margin dropped to -1.8% from -0.2% for the same reasons. Non-GAAP EPS rose to $0.23 from $0.14.
- But annualized exit monthly recurring subscriptions rose 33% to $726M; RingCentral Office ARR rose 38% to $644M; and mid-market and enterprise ARR jumped 73% to $309M. Enterprise ARR was up 99% to $171M.
- For Q1, it's guiding to revenues of $191.5M-$194.5M (27-29% annual growth, and above consensus for $189.2M), and EPS of $0.14-$0.16 (vs. $0.14 consensus).
- For the full year, it's guiding to revenues of $847M-$859M (26-28% annual growth, and above consensus for $823M), and EPS of $0.69-$0.73 (vs. $0.68 consensus).
