P&G fiscal Q4 adjusted EPS fell 15% year-on-year to $0.79 but beat estimate of $0.74.
Revenues fell 3% year-on-year to $16.1 bn but beat a forecast of $15.82 bn.
Organic sales growth in the quarter was 2%
