Investing.com – Poland stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Food, Energy and Media sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Warsaw, the WIG30 fell 0.19%.
The best performers of the session on the WIG30 were Grupa Lotos SA (WA:LTSP), which rose 3.83% or 2.30 points to trade at 62.30 at the close. Meanwhile, CCC SA (WA:CCCP) added 3.15% or 9.10 points to end at 298.00 and Globe Trade Centre SA (WA:GTCP) was up 2.18% or 0.20 points to 9.38 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Kernel Holding SA (WA:KER), which fell 4.35% or 2.48 points to trade at 54.50 at the close. Bank Millennium SA (WA:MILP) declined 3.95% or 0.28 points to end at 6.81 and Enea SA (WA:ENAE) was down 3.62% or 0.53 points to 14.11.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Warsaw Stock Exchange by 305 to 209 and 172 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.20% or 0.10 to $50.36 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.50% or 0.28 to hit $55.84 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 0.39% or 4.96 to trade at $1276.76 a troy ounce.
EUR/PLN was up 0.14% to 4.3159, while USD/PLN fell 0.07% to 3.6706.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.14% at 93.35.
