Paycor HCM Inc (NASDAQ:PYCR) shares fell nearly 4% after-hours following the company’s reported Q4 results. While earnings came in better than expected, the company’s guidance was weak.
EPS came in at $0.08, above the consensus estimate of $0.05. Revenue was $140 million, compared to the consensus estimate of $136.51M.
“Paycor delivered strong revenue growth of 26% for the quarter and 29% for the year, driven by continued robust demand for our open, modern HCM solution,” said CEO Raul Villar.
For Q1/24, the company expects revenue in the range of $138-$140M, worse than the consensus of $142.5M. Adjusted operating income is seen at $9-$10M.
For the full year, the company expects revenue in the range of $644-$650M, compared to the consensus of $646.97M. Adjusted operating income is seen at $97-$100M.
