Investing.com -- Occidental Petroleum reported Tuesday mixed third-quarter results as earnings missed, but revenue beat Wall Street estimates.
Occidental Petroleum Corporation (NYSE:OXY) was up about 1% in afterhours trading following the report.
The oil major reported adjusted EPS of $2.44 on revenue of $9.5 billion, compared with estimates for EPS of $2.68 on revenue of $9.44B.
Total average global production rose to 1,180 thousand barrels of oil equivalent per day, or Mboed, for the third quarter of 2022, up from 1,160 Mboed in the same period a year earlier.
