Investing.com – Norway stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Auto & components, Banking and Transport sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Oslo, the Oslo OBX lost 2.01%.
The best performers of the session on the Oslo OBX were P/f Bakkafrost (OL:BAKKA), which fell 0.25% or 1.00 points to trade at 398.00 at the close. Meanwhile, BW LPG Ltd (OL:BWLPG) fell 0.29% or 0.10 points to end at 34.00 and Aker BP ASA (OL:AKERBP) was down 0.88% or 1.70 points to 191.10 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Yara International ASA (OL:YAR), which fell 3.62% or 12.3 points to trade at 365.0 at the close. Storebrand ASA (OL:STB) declined 3.58% or 2.46 points to end at 66.06 and Subsea 7 SA (OL:SUBC) was down 3.48% or 4.2 points to 116.5.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Oslo Stock Exchange by 156 to 31 and 23 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 0.21% or 0.13 to $61.12 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May rose 0.44% or 0.28 to hit $64.11 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract rose 1.17% or 15.30 to trade at $1320.50 a troy ounce.
EUR/NOK was down 0.16% to 9.6090, while USD/NOK fell 0.62% to 7.8011.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.28% at 89.97.
