Investing.com – Norway stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Media, Transport and Diversified Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Oslo, the Oslo OBX declined 0.79%.
The best performers of the session on the Oslo OBX were Nordic Semiconductor ASA (OL:NOD), which rose 3.61% or 3.80 points to trade at 109.15 at the close. Meanwhile, Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (OL:KOG) added 2.01% or 23.00 points to end at 1,166.00 and Orkla ASA (OL:ORK) was up 1.56% or 1.55 points to 100.80 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Borr Drilling Ltd (OL:BORR), which fell 11.70% or 6.15 points to trade at 46.40 at the close. Equinor ASA (OL:EQNR) declined 3.93% or 11.10 points to end at 271.50 and Aker BP ASA (OL:AKRBP) was down 3.55% or 8.30 points to 225.20.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Oslo Stock Exchange by 149 to 134 and 26 ended unchanged.
Shares in Borr Drilling Ltd (OL:BORR) fell to 52-week lows; down 11.70% or 6.15 to 46.40.
Crude oil for December delivery was down 5.42% or 3.89 to $67.89 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in January fell 5.32% or 4.02 to hit $71.61 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.03% or 0.75 to trade at $2,753.85 a troy ounce.
EUR/NOK was up 0.66% to 11.88, while USD/NOK rose 0.21% to 10.99.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.00% at 104.13.
