Investing.com – Norway stocks were lower after the close on Tuesday, as losses in the Media, Transport and Diversified Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Oslo, the Oslo OBX fell 0.69%.
The best performers of the session on the Oslo OBX were Hoegh Autoliners ASA (OL:HAUTO), which rose 5.84% or 7.60 points to trade at 137.80 at the close. Meanwhile, Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA (OL:NAS) added 4.41% or 0.50 points to end at 11.84 and Nel ASA (OL:NEL) was up 3.54% or 0.19 points to 5.62 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (OL:KOG), which fell 7.99% or 88.00 points to trade at 1,013.00 at the close. Norsk Hydro ASA (OL:NHY) declined 1.68% or 1.04 points to end at 60.98 and Var Energi ASA (OL:VAR) was down 1.47% or 0.49 points to 32.93.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Oslo Stock Exchange by 139 to 131 and 33 ended unchanged.

Crude oil for November delivery was up 1.10% or 0.76 to $69.78 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November rose 0.85% or 0.62 to hit $73.37 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 0.19% or 4.90 to trade at $2,604.00 a troy ounce.
EUR/NOK was down 0.11% to 11.78, while USD/NOK unchanged 0.01% to 10.59.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.09% at 100.53.
