Investing.com – Norway stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Technology Hardware & Equipment, Healthcare Equipment & Services and Real Estate sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Oslo, the Oslo OBX declined 0.62%.
The best performers of the session on the Oslo OBX were Subsea 7 SA (OL:SUBC), which rose 6.19% or 6.1 points to trade at 104.6 at the close. Meanwhile, Aker ASA (OL:AKER) added 2.37% or 15.0 points to end at 647.0 and Schibsted ASA A (OL:SBSTA) was up 1.70% or 5.7 points to 342.0 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were Petroleum Geo - Services ASA (OL:PGS), which fell 4.06% or 0.77 points to trade at 18.06 at the close. BW Offshore Ltd (OL:BWO) declined 3.95% or 1.600 points to end at 38.950 and Grieg Seafood (OL:GSFO) was down 2.87% or 3.30 points to 111.70.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Oslo Stock Exchange by 155 to 64 and 21 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for April delivery was up 0.44% or 0.25 to $57.19 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in May fell 0.32% or 0.21 to hit $66.37 a barrel, while the April Gold Futures contract fell 0.33% or 4.35 to trade at $1316.85 a troy ounce.
EUR/NOK was up 0.16% to 9.7315, while USD/NOK rose 0.02% to 8.5477.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.01% at 96.030.
