Investing.com – Norway stocks were lower after the close on Monday, as losses in the Media, Software & Computer Services and Diversified Financials sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Oslo, the Oslo OBX declined 0.29%.
The best performers of the session on the Oslo OBX were Grieg Seafood (OL:GSFO), which rose 2.89% or 2.10 points to trade at 74.65 at the close. Meanwhile, Petroleum Geo - Services ASA (OL:PGS) added 2.21% or 0.33 points to end at 15.25 and P/f Bakkafrost (OL:BAKKA) was up 1.24% or 4.40 points to 358.30 in late trade.
The worst performers of the session were BW LPG Ltd (OL:BWLPG), which fell 3.72% or 1.21 points to trade at 31.34 at the close. Schibsted ASA A (OL:SBSTA) declined 1.55% or 2.8 points to end at 178.0 and Nordic Nanovector ASA (OL:NANOV) was down 1.46% or 1.15 points to 77.80.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Oslo Stock Exchange by 99 to 67 and 29 ended unchanged.
Crude oil for October delivery was down 3.32% or 1.59 to $46.28 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in November fell 1.31% or 0.68 to hit $51.30 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract rose 1.01% or 13.15 to trade at $1311.05 a troy ounce.
EUR/NOK was up 0.51% to 9.2935, while USD/NOK rose 0.09% to 7.7620.
The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.29% at 92.20.
