Investing.com -- Stocks were rising on Monday as investors try to put the worst week for stocks since the beginning of the year in their rearview mirror. Here are the midday movers for Feb. 27.

  • Union Pacific Corporation (NYSE:UNP) shares rose 9% after the railroad company's CEO said he would step down this year. The company has been under pressure from an activist shareholder. Bank of America upgraded the stock to Buy from Neutral.
  • Seagen Inc (NASDAQ:SGEN) shares rose 9.9% after reports the cancer drug developer was in talks with pharmaceutical giant Pfizer (NYSE:PFE) in a potential deal worth about $30 billion.
  • Fubotv Inc (NYSE:FUBO) shares were falling 12.5% after the streaming TV provider gave an outlook for subscribers in the first quarter of 1.53 million, which is below expectations, after it raised its prices.

  • Fisker Inc (NYSE:FSR) shares rose 26% after the electric vehicle maker maintained its production target of 42,000 for this year and said it could have potentially positive earnings before taxes, interest, depreciation and amortization this year.
  • Enphase Energy Inc (NASDAQ:ENPH) shares rose 5.7% after the maker of solar panels was upgraded to buy at Janney Montgomery Scott, which cited bullish comments about demand from companies that install systems for residential use.
