Investing.com – Malaysia stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, as gains in the Mining, Financials and Technology sectors led shares higher.

Crude oil for November delivery was down 0.91% or 0.42 to $46.22 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 0.18% or 0.09 to hit $49.60 a barrel, while the December Gold contract rose 0.32% or 3.80 to trade at $1183.60 a troy ounce.
SGD/MYR was down 0.38% to 2.9994, while USD/MYR fell 0.37% to 4.1350.
The US Dollar Index was up 0.09% at 94.06.
